You might need to reset the default hardware settings on your Bluefly. Follow these steps:
- Open the case using this procedure.
- Start with the vario shut down (by long pressing the button for 3 seconds until you hear the shutdown sounds).
- If you are having trouble shutting down the vario you can also remove the battery.
- With a paperclip or other wire short RST and GND (see the image below), then press the start button (or replace the battery if you had to do step 3).
- The green light will come on, but you will hear no sound for a few seconds as the green light flashes on and off. After about five seconds you will hear a constant sequence of fast high pitched beeps.
- At that point remove the short and the vario will boot normally.
- Shut it down, and restart it.
- You may need to re-pair the Bluefly as a bluetooth device on your phone or tablet.
